Overview

From spark to SaaS, Sunny Side Up partnered with Concé to transform a bold idea into a fully realized brand and product. We built the concept from scratch—starting with a market gap and the founder’s vision—into a defined brand strategy, visual identity, investor-ready pitch deck, and polished photo/video assets. We also led UX and product design for the MVP, now in beta with a soft launch in July and full release slated for September 2025. The result: a thoughtfully branded, user-centered SaaS platform designed to redefine job seeker support with clarity, impact, and purpose.

We crafted a unified brand experience that reflects its mission: smarter matchmaking and hiring through AI, with a human touch. The strategy centered on positioning Conce as a business partner and career club—balancing technology with empathy. We developed a visual identity that’s clean, confident, and elegant, featuring a minimal palette, dynamic typography, and expressive motifs that echo the platform’s intelligence and accessibility. From logo to interface design, every element reinforces clarity, trust, and the transformative spirit that sets the product apart.

Following the successful delivery of Concé’s brand strategy and visual identity, we led the end-to-end product design effort—from whiteboard to an investor pitch deck and an interactive prototype. Starting from scratch, we defined the MVP feature set, mapped user journeys, and crafted a user-centered SaaS experience that’s as intuitive as it is impactful. The interface blends AI-powered functionality with thoughtful UX, carrying forward the brand’s warm, intelligent spirit. After a seamless handoff to engineering, Concé was soft launched during Create & Cultivate Festival in July 2025 and is now on track for full MVP release in September 2025.
