We kicked it off with deep market research and competitor analysis, then defined a clear positioning strategy, crafted a visual identity system, and built a brand that feels authentic, premium, and ready to scale. One of the highlights of the rebrand was the strategic shift in color palette—from a fiery red logo to a calming blue that evokes 'blue sky thinking,' symbolizing unlimited design possibilities for homeowners. We paired it with a vibrant yellow to visually convey bright opportunities ahead. Every color choice was grounded in color theory to help Enhanced Homes feel both inspiring and expansive.

The new site features a clean, engaging homepage that highlights their design-build philosophy, alongside a dynamic listings section showcasing current homes for sale and past projects. At the heart of the experience is an interactive map locator widget that lets users browse properties with ease—filtering, navigating, and exploring locations seamlessly. The site also includes direct contact tools for showings and support, ensuring a fluid, high-touch customer experience. The result: a digital presence that feels as thoughtfully crafted as the homes Enhanced builds.
